Why do I specialize in getting leaders like you out of the crossroads and onto their right path?

Because I’ve been there.

For 10+ years, I ran a successful corporate training business in Berlin, Germany. I loved the people I worked with, had a flexible schedule, a decent income and a home to die for.

The problem?

I didn’t care for the work I was doing or the city I was living in.

Motivation sank until the universe finally gave me that kick I needed. I made a major pivot: retrained as an executive coach and moved back to my hometown of Montreal.

Best. Decision. Ever.

I went from lonely, frustrated and uninspired to connected, at ease and in flow. I love my life and my work.

Supporting my clients in their self-exploration, fostering their courage for change and holding space for them while they go through challenging personal-professional growth is my passion.
